Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, you may:

• Return the product and receive a full refund
• Exchange it for another model

Product requirements: ✓ Product condition and original packaging preserved
✓ No signs of use (scratches, scuffs, dirt)

✓ Seals and serial numbers intact
✓ Receipt or invoice available

REASONS FOR RETURN:

Defective product:

• Return/exchange available throughout the entire warranty period
• Shipping at our expense
• Refund within 7 business days

Non-defective product (change of mind):

• Return within 14 days
• Shipping at the customer’s expense
• Refund minus payment system fees (if applicable)

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

• Products with signs of use

   • Pack it in the original box

   • After inspection (1–2 business days)
   • Funds are returned using the same payment method
   • Refund timeframe: 5–10 business days

PRODUCT EXCHANGE:

If you want to exchange for another model:

• Additional payment or refund of the price difference if needed
• Reshipping at our expense (if defective) or at your expense (if change of mind)
