What is Cruzzer?
Cruzzer is an electric transport brand: electric scooters, electric bikes, e-scooters and mopeds. In Ukraine we work both with retail customers and with partners — shops, dropshippers and wholesalers.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is via Nova Poshta at the carrier's rates, or free self-pickup from our warehouse in Odesa. For orders over UAH 100,000 delivery is free. Cash on delivery is available. The exact cost is confirmed by a manager for your order.
How fast do you ship orders?
We process an order within 1 business day; Nova Poshta delivery takes 1–3 business days. We ship from our warehouse in Odesa with a tracking number.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The body, motor and electronics carry an official 12-month warranty; the battery — 1 month. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, moisture, improper use, self-repair or natural wear.
What if the device breaks down?
We have our own service centre in Odesa. After diagnostics (3–5 business days) we determine the repair terms: warranty (free), partially paid or paid.
Do you work with wholesale and dropshipping?
Yes. We offer special favourable terms for shops, marketplaces, dropshippers and wholesale partners. Terms depend on volume and are discussed individually.
Where are you located?
Our office, warehouse and service centre are in Odesa, at Kniazia Yaroslava Mudroho St. (Hlushko), 11I. This allows fast order shipping across Ukraine.
How can I pay for an order?
Cash, bank transfer to a sole proprietor (FOP) account or cash on delivery, as well as online by Visa/Mastercard and in instalments with Monobank.
