WARRANTY TERMS:
Warranty period:
- Frame, motor and electronics — 12 months
- Battery — 1 month
The warranty is valid from the moment the product is transferred to the buyer (date on the invoice or receipt).
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and assembly
- Malfunctions of electronic components
- Issues with the motor and battery (under proper use)
- Defects of the frame and structural parts
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Mechanical damage (impacts, falls, cracks in the frame)
- Moisture entering the device
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Unauthorized repair or tampering with the design
- Natural wear and tear (tires, bearings, brake pads)
- Damage caused by using non-original chargers
HOW TO USE THE WARRANTY:

- Describe the issue and provide photos/videos of the defect
- Provide the warranty card and receipt/invoice
- Send the device to our service center in Odesa or to us
- Diagnostics are performed within 3–5 business days
- Warranty repair — up to 14 business days (free of charge)
IMPORTANT:
- Keep the warranty card and proof of purchase
- Do not remove serial numbers or factory stickers
- Use only original chargers
- Follow the operating instructions
