WARRANTY TERMS:

Warranty period:

• Frame and structural parts — 12 months
• Battery and motor — 3 months

The warranty is valid from the moment the product is transferred to the buyer (date on the invoice or receipt).

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and assembly
• Malfunctions of electronic components
• Issues with the motor and battery (under proper use)
• Defects of the frame and structural parts

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Mechanical damage (impacts, falls, cracks in the frame)
• Moisture entering the device
• Damage caused by improper use or storage
• Unauthorized repair or вмешательство в конструкцию
• Natural wear and tear (tires, bearings, brake pads)
• Damage caused by using non-original chargers

HOW TO USE THE WARRANTY:

2. Describe the issue and provide photos/videos of the defect
3. Provide the warranty card and receipt/invoice
4. Send the device to our service center in Odesa or to us
5. Diagnostics are performed within 3–5 business days
6. Warranty repair — up to 14 business days (free of charge)

IMPORTANT:

• Keep the warranty card and proof of purchase
• Do not remove serial numbers or factory stickers
• Use only original chargers
• Follow the operating instructions
